Homeschool Development Program — Two Sessions per Week (3 Hours Each)

Program overview A structured, skills-first baseball program designed specifically for homeschool students. Each week includes two 3-hour sessions that combine fundamental skill development, game IQ, strength & conditioning, and small-group instruction to accelerate each player’s progress in a supportive, age-appropriate environment.

Schedule

  • Two sessions per week, 3 hours each

  • Ongoing enrollment with seasonal session cycles (fall, winter, spring, summer)

Session structure (3 hours)

  1. Warm-up & mobility (20–30 minutes)

    • Dynamic warm-ups, movement prep, and injury-prevention routines tailored for baseball

  2. Fundamental skill stations (60 minutes)

    • Rotating stations for hitting, throwing/catching, fielding, and pitching

    • Emphasis on repetition, proper mechanics, and immediate coach feedback

  3. Break & nutrition/mentorship (10–15 minutes)

    • Short rest, hydration, and brief discussion on mindset, nutrition, or baseball habits

  4. Position-specific work & small-group drills (50–60 minutes)

    • In-depth instruction for infield, outfield, catcher, pitchers, and hitters

    • Live reps and situational practice to build decision-making and instincts

  5. Controlled scrimmage or game simulation (30–40 minutes)

    • Apply skills in competitive, coached environments with focus on situational outcomes

  6. Cool-down & recap (5–10 minutes)

    • Recovery stretches and coach feedback with at-home practice suggestions
